After making order on our website, you can continue for payment. You can make payment using 2 methods :
- Online banking (SenangPay)
- We accept Credit Card and Internet Banking (FPX) seperti Maybank2U, Cimbclicks, Bank Islam, etc.
- Direct Bank Transfer
- Payment can be done through ATM (Cash Machine), CDM (Cash Deposit Machine) or Online Banking.
Bank account for payment will be given upon order check out and in view Order from Account Page. Please allow 3 working days to process your order after you have made payment.
- For easy transfer, we recommend using Online Banking (SenangPay) as it will directly transfer you to the bank page and redirect back to the Checkout page so that transaction is smooth and fast.
- If you make your payment directly into our bank account, Please use your Order ID as the payment reference. Your order won’t be shipped until the funds have cleared in our account.
- Your order only valid for 12 hour from the time you check out time. After that your order status will be changed to Cancel. Otherwise, you may contact our sales representative if you need to change the status back to On Hold.
- After making transfer, kindly send the slip or proof of payment to our sales team via Account Page or our email firstname.lastname@example.org (please state your Order ID).
